Jamie moved to Tairawhiti in 2023 with a simple goal, to use his experience to strengthen local communities and the infrastructure that supports them
After 15 years in senior planning and leadership roles overseas with organisations like BHP, Fortescue Metals and Newmont Corporation, he returned to help deliver projects that make a real difference. In New Zealand he led the country’s first custom price path portfolio, Programme managing $1.3 billion in network investment.
Jamie’s strength is in relationships. He takes the time to listen, understands what matters and work alongside people to help businesses and communities grow stronger.
